I was very pleased with the complimentary airport shuttle. It runs frequently and made my transit seamless. The breakfast buffet was also a high point. It offered a wide array of choices and fresh ingredients.

the check-in was super fast, really appreciated it after my flight. the free minibar water was a nice touch and i took full advantage of the free airport shuttle (it runs so frequently!).

my premium king room had a very comfortable king-sized bed and a super clean clean bathroom. the room includes climate control and a work desk (i needed to catch up on some emails). i found free water in the minibar which was a nice touch.

i found the room spacious and clean. soft pillows and mattress guaranteed a restful night. a free shuttle to the airport was on time. check-in and check-out processes were fast, also the staff were friendly and helpful.
the bar service was very slow, it took long to get someone to take my order, it was not acceptable.
